On a completely serious note. Are we going to get a relationship that actually develops on this show?
Not another “You “saved my life”, then we had one single awkward conversation, hey you wanna make out, have sex maybe?”
The consistent lack of development in any of the…
Umm, are you forgetting Stiles and Lydia?
The fact that Stiles has moved on from putting Lydia on her “God-like pedestal”, and actually becoming a friend to her, is what I would call developing a relationship.
Forget the fact that they both have other interests now. It’s BEYOND obvious that they like each other (or at least have an attraction to each other), and if they ever took the chance they’d be surprised by just how much they’d work out.
I like the idea of these two being friends first. Being able to confide in each other. Hell, not too long ago Lydia was lounging on his bed as if they’ve hung out like that for years, and for once Stiles wasn’t studddering or completely choked up about spending time with her alone. In his bedroom. With her on his bed.
They’re comfortable with each other now, and I’m truly enjoying watching their relationship grow. Even if they never date, their character development is the best on this show.
Also, to people who think their relationship would be unhealthy because he “worships her to much”, are you insane? He doesn’t worship her at all!
I’ll admit, he did—a little, before he actually became friends with her, but are we not watching the same show? Did people forget WHY he “loved” her? [and I’m using quotations around love, because I feel he really didn’t—but thought he did, at that point in the show] He “loved” her because he was the only one who knew her. Really knew her. She tried to play this role of a dumb popular girl, but he knew she way way more then that. She has never been just a pretty face to him. Now she’s no longer just the girl he wants to be with, but a irreplaceable friend who he’d love to date.
Even if they never date, just watching them becoming closer is
